Cardio sesh

Just had and awesome workout! Did about mile and half jog, 10 mins of jumprope, ladder drills and sprint. Just gotta do some abs now!


Jog

Alright that 40 min jog from my house to the park, through the park and back home was a little harder than I though it would be and it’s hot out. 

Time to do a bit of abs.

Day 5:

Just finished with a type of circuit in my backyard. I did ladder drills, jumping jacks, sprints, push ups, and used 10 pound weights for squats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, calf raises, rear delt flys, single leg dead lift, did some jumprope and abs.


Whenever I don’t feel like working out I always come to tumblr to look at all the posts to get me motivated and it always works. About to go get this heart rate up and exercise! :D
