So on vacation I was able to get my workouts in, ran pretty much everyday I was away, but I did miss one day. I also tried to eat as good as possible though I did come off a bit the last two days but ill just pick up on eating healthy today and get fully back on track for living a healthy life style.
Leaving for Bermuda on Monday morning, try to get every packed now cause I wont be home tomorrow. It looks like all my workout clothes will be taking up more space then my normal clothes, Sorry Not Sorry :p
Hit a lot of the major roads around where I live hit Victory blvd, found myself on Manor Rd, then ended up on Forest Ave, then ran to Clove Rd and from Clove took the 53 bus home lol JK I kept jogging. Did a little over 3 miles :)
I have gained like 3 pounds back, and I feel uncomfortable with myself again. Idk what I need to change to lose the 3 pounds or to keep losing weight in general but I just wanna feel comfortable again :(
No matter how much I say I will never eat junk off ever again it just doesn’t seem to workout that way. I honestly love the taste to much to ever give it up completely. Which leads me to trying to finger out how to balance the two of living healthy but having my off days. My problem is once I start its hard to control myself and I always want to taste a bit of everything that I have gone so long without. It never ends good.
This is the most comfortable I have ever been with my body. My goal is a maintain this weight by being healthy most days out of the week but some how incorporating a bit of crap food in me too. Otherwise ill keep having with drawls and over doing it when I do break down and eat it.
Met a guy as I was running, he asked to race me on the sprints so I said okay lol Seems like a nice guy chatted a bit. It was a good thing he wanted to race he helped to push me to go harder on my sprints. He’s 28, i’m 21.. I beat him, then he beat me, we tied, then the last one he beat me by a step lol
